The Fly Lady goes national. I am very proud to be a part of the Restaurant and Catering Association. After many years of reading their magazine as a chef it is great to be back involved again as a support to chef’s, kitchens, cafes, the hospitality industry as a whole. To be offering a fly control product and solving a very real issue is something l am proud to do. The last thing a chef needs to be concerned about is flies! Yes Chef!! Year 2016
